The factors that influence executive pay strategy remain complex. Instability continues, but executives are now demanding a return to competitive compensation and benefits packages. Design strategy is also under heavy pressure from both stakeholder scrutiny and regulatory impact. The central message however seems to be a return to competition.

Today’s C&B executive must strike the delicate balance between packages that meet executive expectations and encourage team and company performance. It is also of key importance to understand the compliance and taste demands of various global labor markets. This requires a new level of innovative approach that has eluded many companies in the past.

This event, now in its 12th year, will bring together high-level executive compensation & benefits executives from key
