Anil Sinha

Mr Anil K Sinha, a Graduate in Mechanical Engineering and PGDM, is currently working as Chief Operating Officer / VP in TATA Daewoo Commercial Vehs ltd (TDCV); based at South Korea. He is working on the Strategic imperatives, New Product launches, Cost Management are the key priorities; besides the functional responsibilities of R&D, Purchase, Mfg and Quality functions of TDCV.

Previous to this, he worked as Head- Quality, CVBU, TATA Motors Ltd (TML) since 2017 till Oct’19, based at Pune, India. This includes a product portfolio of Small Commercial Vehicle, ILCV, Medium & Heavy Commercial vehicles and Buses; located at Five different Plants across India.

Earlier he was Head - Mfg Operations Passenger Car Business Unit, responsible for the complete activity of Passenger car business, including JLR India, from Operations point of view, taking care of Manufacturing, Plant Quality, Material Management, Human Resources, etc at multiple manufacturing locations across India.

Before joining Tata Motors, he was working as a Plant Head, New Holland FIAT India Ltd for 15 years. During this assignment, he was responsible for the complete plant operations for two plants namely Tractor Assembly and Axle Assembly Plant.

Mr. Sinha’s 34 years of work experience covers the wide range of functions such as Manufacturing, Manufacturing Engineering, Procurement, Quality, New Product launches, Strategic planning and Team Management. He has sound experience and knowledge of setting up a green field project covering equipment planning, optimization of investment, and streamlining the Quality systems and Processes.

Mr. Sinha is also a certified Six Sigma Champion from ASQ.

He is on the Board of Directors for Fiat India Automotive Pvt Ltd.

Hobbies: Recently developed interest in Golf and enjoys reading and music.

Marco Borsari is the Chief Quality Officer of Brembo NV, which is a leading company in the automotive world specialized in the production of braking systems. In this role, he manages the Group Quality Division, consisting of different teams, from the Quality Assurance of the five Global Business Units to the Supplier Quality Development, System & Process Quality, Digital Quality and Product Regulations.

He previously gained several significant experiences with growing responsibility in Quality area at FIAT, Ferrari and Dana. He holds a Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering.

In this role, he defines guidelines and tools and methodologies for worldwide Warranty and Product Regulations management. He coordinates internal audit activities and provides an interface with customers, suppliers and the regulatory network.

He previously gained several significant experiences with growing responsibility in Brembo Quality Divisions as Quality Assurance Manager and a member of the CLEPA Warranty Working Group since 2015.
He holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration.

Prior to joining Sedgwick, Wayne served as Head of Sales and Operations at ALLDATA, where he focused on OEM solutions for dealerships, the collision industry, and the aftermarket sector and the collision industry., driving operational performance and commercial growth across complex global markets.

Wayne studied at Regis University in Denver, Colorado and Vanderbilt’s Owen School of Management in Nashville, Tennessee.
