Michiel Borst has spent more than two decades at the heart of automotive retail — working across sales and aftersales at some of the larger multibrand dealership groups before moving to the software side of the industry. Today, as CCO of UnameIT, the leading Automotive Retail Platform in the BeNeLux and Denmark, he works closely with major international dealer holdings, NSCs and OEMs. That front-row seat gives him a clear view of what's shifting, what's working, and what isn't. Together with his colleague Berend Hoitink, Michiel will share first-hand insights on how to sell more cars — without increasing your marketing budget.
